Tik Tok On The Clock, No The Party Doesn't Stop!

wa lao! juz came back from taekwondo. Damn tough man! Dunno is it too long never go already because of my PSLE. I didn't go there for for 1 month and 1 week! there's a new instructor named Daniel. his practices are tough!!!
his practices include:
1) 30 push-ups
2) 15 sit-ups
3) 20 crunches
4) leg lifting, 45degrees.juz 3 minutes, i think... ...
5) sparring
6) target kicking
Argh......
leg pain, stomach pain and hand pain .... OUCH!

dunno whether want to go there next week... ...
